Info: All customer information will be kept strictly confidential and never shared or sold.

Guarantee: All bases come with a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your base, simply return it within two weeks for a full refund, less shipping charges.

Payment: An invoice will be included with your returned specimens and new bases. It is payable upon receipt.

Shipping: Shipping is via carrier of your choice. Customer pays all shipping charges. I do not charge handling fees!! I prefer USPS Priority Mail, but also use UPS. Insurance is recommended, as well as carefully packaged double boxes.

Orientation: I will mount specimens in what I consider to be the most aesthetically pleasing position. If you have specific ideas on how your specimen is to be mounted, please let me know. I can work from simple line drawing or descriptions. Include your telephone number.

Security: Rest assured that once your specimens arrive, they will be protected against all hazards. I will be the only person handling your minerals, and will treat them with the care and respect that comes from 30 years experience with fine minerals.
